The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0028 of 2026 under Sections 191(2), 190, 223, 126(2), 131, 352, 351(3), 121(1), 132, 324(4) of B.N.S. and Section 7 of C.L.A. and Section 8B of National Highways Act, Police Station Kurra, District Mainpuri, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3.
