The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 42 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 336(2) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act and 4/10 of U.P. Protection of Trees Rural and Hill Areas Act, Police Station Mirzapur, District Shaharanpur, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the applicants were natmed in the FIR and their names were surfaced in the confessional statement of arrested co-accused Monish. No injury was received in the incid
