The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No. 34254 of 2025 under Sections 323, 452, 392, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station- Loni, District Ghaziabad, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the applicants have been summoned to face trial in complaint case for the offences under Sections 323, 452, 392, 504, 506 I.P.C.
