The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0105 of 2025, under Sections 316(5), 318(4), 61(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Chetganj, District Kashi (Commissionerate Varanasi). with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that co-accused Kaushal Seth, who is said to have obtained loan, has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 02.02.2026 passed in Crl. Misc.
