The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 477 of 2025, under Sections 61(2), 87, 137(2) of B.N.S., Police Station - Roravar, District Aligarh, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the victim has not supported the allegation made in the first information report and she has stated in her statement recorded under Sections 180 and 183 BNSS that she had left her home on her own free will.
