The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 73 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 352 of B.N.S., Police Station Garhmukteshwar, District Hapur, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the no one has been received injuries int he alleged incident and as per the FIR three persons including the applicant are said to have tried to open fire from their fire arm, however no fire could take place.
