The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.337 of 2025, under Sections 87, 137(2), 64(1) BNS and Section 3/4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, Police Station- Lalpur/Pandeypur, District- Varanasi, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail. 3.
