The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 0006 of 2026, under Sections 111, 318, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 352, 351(3), of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station - Talbehat, District Lalitpur, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail. 4. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i.
