The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No. 272 of 2021, under Sections 302, 34 of the I.P.C., Police Station – Bidhanu, District Kanpur Nagar, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the aforementioned case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case and seek anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i.
