This anticipatory bail application has been field by the applicant with a prayer to release her on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.07 of 2026, under Sections 85, 80(2) B.N.S and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Mauranipur, District- Jhansi. 3. This Court on 11.03.2026 had granted interim protection to the applicant, as the Learned A.G.A. has not received the instructions. 4. Today, when the case has been called on, the Learned A.G.A. has stated that he has received the instructions in the matter. 5. The Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
