The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 26 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 121(1), 132, 126(2), 109(1), 131, 125, 351(2), 324(4) of B.N.S. and Section 9G/10 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Chandpa, District Hathras, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and none of the injuries on injured persons have been found to be grievous.
