By means of the second supplementary affidavit, the learned counsel for the applicant has filed the affidavit of the applicant himself whereas in the anticipatory bail application, the affidavit that was filed was through a power of attorney. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant; and learned A.G.A. for the State are present. 3. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 3 of 2026, under Section 105 of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station – Iglas, District Aligarh, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial. 4. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds :
