The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No.224 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80(2), 115(2) BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Karanda, District Ghazipur, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. This Court on 27.02.2026 had granted interim anticipatory bail to the applicants owing to the fact that Learned AGA had not received instructions. 4.
