The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.1241 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention Act) 1986, Police Station- Indrapuram, District- Trans Hindon (Commissionerate Ghaziabad), with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The gang chart shows the applicant being involved in two base cases and the applicant is on bail in both the cases. The orders have been annexed as Annexure No.3 and Annexure No.5, respectively, to the affidavit filed in support of the application. The Learned counsel for the applicant states th
