The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0012 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 324(4) of B.N.S., Section 3/25 Arms Act, Sections 3, 5A, 8 of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station Shahganj, District Jaunpur, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
