The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 86 of 2024, under Sections 323, 324, 325, 504, 506, 308 I.P.C., Police Station Kaila Devi, District Sambhal, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that initially the FIR was registered under Sections 323, 324, 325, 504, 506 of I.P.C. and during investigation Section 308 IPC was added.
