Heard Mr. Suresh Dhar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. B.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 380 of 2019, under Sections 307, 323, 504 of I.P.C., Police Station Roza, District Shahjahanpur, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 4. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the applicant was granted anticipatory bail by this Court till submission of charge sheet. It is further submitted that now charge sheet has been filed and the applicant is ready to co-operate with tria
