The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 441 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 351(3), 352, 118(1), 110 of B.N.S., Police Station Nawabganj, District Bareilly, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that no specific role has been assigned to the applicant and as per FIR the applicant and three accused persons are said to have assaulted Beche Lal and Kamal Tiwari as a result of which two persons are said to have received grievous injuries.
