This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.727 of 2025, under Section 105 of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station- Geeda, District- Gorakhpur. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has solely been implicated on the basis of the confessional statement given by the co- accused.
