The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 490 of 2025, under Sections 351(2), 340(2), 338, 336(3), 318(4) of B.N.S., Police Station Loni Border, District Ghaziabad, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the applicant is said to have executed a gift deed of a property of the first informant in favour of her husband and subsequently her husband has transferred the same property to the co- accused one Joseph and Joseph has transferred the said property to third person. It is fu
