The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 19 of 2026, under Sections 85, 74, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 34 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Syohara, District Bijnor, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
