The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 235 of 2023, under Sections 420, 406 of I.P.C., Police Station Quarsi, District Aligarh, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the applicant has directly approached this Cort for grant of anticipatory bail as the applicant is a patient of Cancer and at the time of filing of present case election of Bar was being held in the District Court of Aligarh.
