The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no.908 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351(3), 74 of B.N.S. and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the victim has not suffered any grievous injury and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity.
