Heard Learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Anmol Kumar Dubey, Learned counsel for the informant and Learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. 3. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Sessions Case No. 898 of 2024 (State Vs. Anis Ahmad and others) arising out of Case Crime no.111 of 2022 under section- 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 342 and 302 of I.P.C., Police Station-Kotwali Dehat, District- Bijnor, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case, during the pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He contends that the applicant, though named in the FIR, was t
