The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime no. 15 of 2024, under Section 498A, 304B I.P.C. 1860 and Section 3/4 D.P. Act 1961, P.S. Nonahara, District- Ghazipur, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail, during the pendency of trial. 2. This Court on 11.03.2026 had granted interim anticipatory bail to the applicants as the learned AGA had not received instructions. 3.
