The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 292 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 115(2), 351(3), 333, 310(2), 74 of B.N.S., Police Station-Lodha, District-Aligarh with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicant may be released on bail. 4.
