The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 474 of 2025 under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(2), 345(3), 347(1), 61(2) of B.N.S. and Section 60 of Excise Act, Police Station Sector-63 Noida, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3.
