The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 1021 of 2025, U/s 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC P.S. Kotwali, District-Deoria, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by the learned Senior Counsel for the applicant that the incident relates to the year 1999 and the first information report has been lodged in the year 2025 i.e. after 26 years.
