The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 329 of 2025, u/s 115(2), 191(2), 351(2), 352, 109(1) BNS, P.S. Fatehpur Sikari, Distirct Agra with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the F.I.R. has been lodged against 4-5 unknown persons and the name of the applicant surfaced in the confessional statement of the arrested co-accused Manvendra and Rahul. It is further submitted that except one injury caused i.e. hematoma, all the injuries are found to be simple in nature and no specific role has been assigned to the applicant.
