The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 0371 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of UP Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, Police Station Kasganj District Kasganj with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is on bail in a solitary case, mentioned in the gang chart. Apart from that case, the applicant is on bail in seven cases and in the eighth case he has been acquitted. It is further submitted that co-accused Ramdas has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 4.11.2025 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 8175 of 2025. The
