The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 4 of 2026, under Section 109(1) BNS, P.S. Deoband, District Saharanpur with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicant may be released on bail. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the specific role of assault by fire arm has been assigned to the applicant.
