Mishra, learned counsel for the first informant, Sri Manoj Gautam, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 363 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 352, 351(2), 61(2) BNS, P.S. Wave City, District Ghaziabad with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicants may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that a civil dispute has been given color of criminality. The applicant is husband of co- accused Monika who is said to have purchased an immovable property from another co-accused Shalu. It is further submitted that a civil dispute arose with respect to the property as a re
