The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 12 of 2026, u/s 109(1), 115(2), 351(3), 352 BNS, P.S. Phoolpur, District Prayagraj with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant was not named in the F.I.R. and his name surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Ajam Rain. However, no specific role has been assigned to the applicant.
