The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 196 of 2017, u/s 386, 427, 506 IPC, P.S. Sahawar, District Kasganj, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that charge sheet has been filed in this case and the applicants had filed an application u/s 482 Cr.P.C., challenged the cognizance order as well as charge sheet wherein the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.4.2018 directed that no coercive action would be taken against the applicants till the next date of listing.
