The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no.409 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 118(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station Inchauli, District Meerut, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicants may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the specific role of assault has been assigned to applicant no.2 in the first information report, however, the injured in his statement recorded under Section 180 BNSS has not assigned any specific role of assault to the applicants and the injured has been received injury of
