The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no.402 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 110, 127(2), 74, 352, 351(2) of B.N.S. and Section 3/4 Muslim Women (Protection of Right on Marriage) Act, 2019, Police Station Baghpat, District Baghpat, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the first information report has been lodged after a delay of 41 days and no specific role has been assigned to the applicant and the present dispute discloses some matrimonial offences.
