The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.198 of 2025, under Sections 105, 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station- Nagra, District- Ballia with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He states that although his name has been shown in the First Information Report in the column of the accused, however, in the First Information Report, no allegation of assaulting the deceased or in any other way harming the deceased, has been leveled against the applicant.
