This Court on 24.02.2026 passed the following order:- "1. Heard the Learned counsel for the applicant, the Learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.264 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 98, 99, 96, 64(1) of B.N.S. & Section 3(2)(5) of SC/ST Act and Section 16/17 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station - Gyanpur, District- Bhadohi, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds:- (i) The applicant is not named in the First Information Report. (ii) The applicant has not been named in the statements recorded under Sections 180 and 183 BNSS
