The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 305 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 121(1), 132, 324(5), 326(G), 310(2), 223B of B.N.S., Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, and Section 3/4 of The Prevention of Damages to Public Property Act, 1984, Police Station Nakhasa, District Sambhal at Chandausi, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that applicant is innocent and he has an apprehension that he may be arrested in the above- mentioned case, inspite of the fact that there is no credible evidence against him.Learned counsel has further contended that inspite of the fact that there is no credible evidence against him, yet the invest
