GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 310 of 2025 under Sections 303(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 61(2), 62 of B.N.S.S., Police Station Kishanpur, District Fatehpur with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant is innocent and he has an apprehension that he may be arrested in the above-mentioned case, inspite of the fact that there is no credible evidence against him. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the matter pertains to dishonouring of cheque for which proceedings has also been drawn, which is pending before the concerned Court below, to demonstrate the
