The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 310 of 2025 under Sections 303(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 61(2), 62 of B.N.S.S., Police Station Kishanpur, District Fatehpur with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3.
