Rejoinder Affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. 3. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.521 of 2025, under Section 69, 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS, Police Station- Quarshi, District Aligarh, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He contends that it is the admitted case in the FIR that the applicant and the victim were in a long standing romantic relationship for the past 11 years.
