The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant-Smt. Shamim, in Case Crime No. 296 of 2025, under Sections 70(1), 351(3), 87, 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, Police Station – Mansoorpur, District Muzaffar Nagar, with a prayer to enlarge her on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial as the applicant apprehends her arrest in the above mentioned case. 3.
