The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.258 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Chilkana, District Saharanpur, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is the brother-in-law of the deceased (Devar). The marriage between the brother of the applicant and the deceased took place on 11.07.2024 and the applicant never demanded any dowry. He never acted cruelly towards his sister-in- law.
