As per letter of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raebareli dated 10.11.2025, the service of notice upon the opposite party No.2 is sufficient. However, none is present for the private opposite party No.2 to oppose the anticipatory bail. This Court on 16.03.2026 observed that "It is made clear that on the next dates of listing, the case would not be adjourned on any ground including the illness and appropriate orders, which includes adversarial order to the private opposite party, would be passed in first call even in the absence of counsel for the private opposite party".
