The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 206 of 2025 under Section 115(2), 352, 351(3), 110 of B.N.S., Police Station Nebua, Naurangia, District Kushi Nagar with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the FIR was lodged against the applicants but no specific role has been assigned to any of the applicants and no offence is made out
