At the outset, Sri Raghubir Singh, Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that he is in possession of drafts of Rs. 40 lakhs, which he has instruction to hand over to the informant or his counsel. 3. Sri Mishra, Learned counsel for the informant, on the other hand, has stated that he does not have instructions with respect to the acceptance of any amount from his client. 4.
