Qaiserbagh, district Lucknow. 2.Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.It is alleged in the prosecution case that the complainant had given Rs.15 lacs through RTGS and cash to Junaid Ahmad Khan, Proprietor of M/s Glorious Hindustan Infra Developers Pvt. Limited for investment in the business and Rs.1.5 lacs was promised to be paid every three moths. A written agreement of the transaction was prepared, however, not even a single penny is returned till date.
