The instant application has been filed by the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No.254/2013, under Sections- 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and Section- 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Paraspur, District- Gonda. 3. While pressing the instant anticipatory bail application, it is stated that based upon the written report, an FIR i.e. FIR No. 185/2013, registered as Case Crime No. 254/201
