The present appeal under Section 413 B.N.S.S. has been filed against the judgment and order dated 27.02.2026 passed by the III Additional District and Session Judge / Special Judge (D.A.A.), Farrukhabad in Session Trial No. 57/2017 (State vs. Azam Khan and another), arising out of Case Crime No.232 of 2016, under Sections 302/34 IPC, Police Station Kampil, District Farrukhabad. Through its aforesaid judgment, the trial court has acquitted the accused/ opposite party nos. 2 and 3. The prosecution case, in short, is that Hasrul, aged about 11 years, who was the son of the appellant, was missing since 11 a.m. on 2.8.2016.
