The instant criminal appeal has been filed to quash the summoning order dated 10.1.2025 passed by the Special Judge, S.C./S.T. Act, Prayagraj as well as the entire proceeding in Special Session Trial No. 8/2025, arising out of case crime No. 463/2022, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(da) and 3(1)(dha) of S.C./S.T. Act, P.S Meja, District Prayagraj. 3. Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that applicant No.1 is 68 years old and appellant No.2 is 80 years old. The person, named in the F.I.R., Sushil Dubey has been exonerated. It is further submitted that the F.I.R. has been filed with a delay of eight days and there is contradiction between the complaint and the statement, recorded u/s 161 Cr.P.C. T
